An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated Health Care Assistant to join our highly skilled,

innovative, and rapidly expanding Frailty service.

The post holder will be mainly based on Bevan Court 1

The Frailty Service compromises of:

• OPAL (Older Persons Assessment and Liaison Service) This new twenty-four bedded unit is geriatrician led and open 24/7

to provide an overnight stay/short stay area for those patients living with frailty who need further review and
