Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Commitment to promoting residents’ wellbeing.
• Previous experience in a care home is desirable.
• Knowledge of dementia care and safeguarding procedures.
• Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care is a plus.
