We have an exciting opportunity here at Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust for you to join us as a Health care

assistant on Cardiac and Medical Day Stay team .

We are looking for someone who can at all times maintain the dignity and respect of patients.

Maintain excellent communication with patients, relatives and members of the MDT regarding all aspects of care

demonstrating a variety of communications skills in accordance with the client group

Implement patient care plans as instructed by a Registered Nurse
