About the Role
Complex Care Professionals are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to support with visiting people within their own
homes providing complex care.
The role will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:
- Enabling people to maintain independence and confidence within their own homes
- Support with everyday activities e.g. medication management, personal hygiene
- Providing feeding support including preparing meals and snacks
