Health Care Assistant - Evenings (18:00-23:00)

About the Role

The post holder is responsible for providing high quality, personalised care to patients in their own home/residential

setting as part of the District Nursing service. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and undertake

tasks and duties delegated by the Registered Nurse and will work collaboratively within the team to meet the needs of
