Health Care Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for 2 experienced health care assistant to join our team here at Marathon Court. Day to day duties will

includes personal care of our residents, assisting with meals and drinks, maintaining accurate and factual records

following care, promoting independence where possible, escorting residents to appointments, assisting them to take part

in activities and maintaining their relationships and contact between them and their relatives. You will be required to

work a variety of shifts which will include nights at times. (Unless nights are a preferred option). Shifts are 7am -

2pm, 1pm - 8pm. This role is physically demanding but also provides the opportunity to learn and grow and ensure that
