About the Role

As a Support Worker with Moor & Coast Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in helping adults live independently and

achieve their personal goals. Your duties will include providing daily living support such as personal care, meal

preparation, medication assistance, and household tasks. You will also encourage social inclusion by supporting

individuals to access community activities, education, or work opportunities. Each day is different you’ll promote

choice, dignity, and wellbeing while following personalised care plans. Full training and ongoing support are provided

to ensure you feel confident, valued, and able to deliver outstanding care.
