About the Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated either full time or part time Band 3 Health Care
Assistant to join our team, for posts across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The main aspect of the role is to care for
patients with chronic respiratory disease in the home setting and in our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Classes.
The post entails supporting the health care professionals in providing expert care for respiratory patients, by helping
to prevent avoidable hospital attendances, providing facilitated support following hospital admission, assisting in
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Classes and the promotion of focused self-management. The successful candidate will be required
