About the Role

This is a great opportunity to build skills in hands‑on patient care while supporting people to regain confidence and

independence.

You’ll work as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team, helping patients in the Rehabilitation and Intermediate Care

Service. Your support will make everyday activities safer and easier for people recovering from illness or injury.

You’ll follow individual care plans and help create a calm, respectful environment where patients feel encouraged and

understood.
