About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health care assistant working as part of the intensive support within
the Warwickshire locality working with adults with learning disabilities in collaboration with families and other
services to avoid specialist hospital admission
The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of a Qualified Nurse.
Experience of working with people with learning disabilities or within a community learning is essential.
We are a hard working forward thinking team looking for a motivated and capable individual to join us.
