About the Role

West London NHS Trust (WLT) has been commissioned to provide the first female, Level 2 specialist mental health high

support rehabilitation ward, based at The Orchard Unit, St Bernards Hospital, Ealing.

We are seeking a number of enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare facilitators to join our dedicated team on Melrose

ward. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of female mental health rehabilitation in a supportive and
