About the Role

A permanent new team is being established to work as a peripatetic team to support our Mental Health inpatient services

supporting Adults and Older Peoples inpatient wards.

We are seeking proactive, compassionate, caring and recovery focused Healthcare Assistants with excellent communication

skills to join our existing experienced and dynamic multidisciplinary teams. You will be involved in extensive

assessments and formulations to support the planning and delivery of patient care. The multidisciplinary teams all work

in a way that is collaborative, evidenced based and responsive to people's needs.
