be expected to work within our dedicated multi-disciplinary teams and be involved in providing individualised care,
assisting with patient hygiene and dressing, and meeting the nutritional needs whilst maintaining their dignity and
respect. Contributing to the safety and cleanliness of the environment whilst keeping good documentation. Communications
To communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will
support the RN with transferring patients to the unit and collecting medications and equipment from across the trust. To
