About the Role

To work as part of the multidisciplinary team within the primary care setting, supporting the delivery of high-quality,

compassionate, and effective patient care. The post holder will assist registered practitioners by performing delegated

clinical and administrative tasks, contributing to the health and wellbeing of patients, and supporting the smooth

running of clinics and day-to-day services. The role includes supporting chronic disease management and vaccination

programmes.
