About the Role
Job Purpose To provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming reception service to patients and visitors of the
practice. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in supporting the smooth
day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring high standards of customer service, confidentiality, and administrative
support. Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Patient Services Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and
helpful manner. Respond to telephone calls promptly, handling enquiries efficiently and directing calls appropriately.
Book, amend, and cancel patient appointments in line with practice protocols. Register new patients and update patient
