About the Role

discharge procedure. To ensure the relevant policies in respect of patients property and valuables are maintained. To

support staff in promoting recreation/leisure amongst patients. To contribute to the promotion of patients education and

well-being. To monitor and encourage and record patients in their consumption of food and drink. Accompany appropriate

patients of site as and when required. To assist in the maintenance of a safe environment. To participate in the

observation of patients at risk. To promote and maintain beneficial relationships between relatives/patients and carers
