About the Role

Job Overview

To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards

and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.

* Work in partnership with service users, other members of the MDT staff as appropriate, to achieve the optimum health

outcome for clients.

* To be part of the MDT in providing a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality
