About the Role

Hawthorn is Intermediate Care Unit(HICU), its a Nurse Led Unit offering its patients Physical Rehabilitation and Step

Down Facility to develop a safe holistic discharge plan.

HICU is a positive, enthusiastic working environment who strives on dedicated Team Work through working as party of a

Multidisciplinary Team(MDT) of Nurses, Doctors, Geriatrician Consultant, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists,

Pharmacist, Health Care Support Workers, Ward Manager & Ward Matron to deliver effective care to its patients.

The Health Care Support Worker(HCSW) will work closely with the Nurse who they assigned to per shift and take advice
