About the Role

The role of an Health Care Support Worker is assist, provide and maintain a high standard of patient care in the Day

Surgery Unit & Endoscopy department for patients pre- peri- and post- procedure, including Decontamination.

This role is a primary function in supporting the nursing team for the optimal care of our patients in procedure rooms,

recovery, discharge, decontamination and occasional reception, always following Trust and national guidance.

The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate healthcare to the patients of Hampshire Hospitals Foundation

Trust is the most important objective of the organisation.
