About the Role

Provide are seeking Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to work on our community ward in Brentwood where we specialise in

stroke rehabilitation. We are looking for candidates who can provide dynamic, professional, compassionate and high

quality patient care to patients on Bayman Ward .

Bayman ward is a 25 bedded ward providing a service supporting stroke rehabilitation. The ward is nurse led, supported

by Medical Practitioners and provides a progressive service which promotes multidisciplinary working. The philosophy is

one that encourages staff participation at all levels and identifies opportunities for service and career development
