About the Role
We are looking for a Health Care Support Worker, who will work within a community nursing team based in clinics in
Braintree, Maldon and Chelmsford, supporting adults with the management of leg ulcers. This role would suit a candidate
with experience or interest in wound care.
This involves assisting the registered staff in ensuring appropriate pathways of care for patients who require those
services.
