About the Role

Job responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities: Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and

mobility support, always ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect for the individual. Support patients to maintain

independence, choice, and control over their care, delivering person-centred support that reflects individual needs and

wishes. Assist with eating, drinking, and medication prompts as directed, always ensuring safe and supportive care.

Observe and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate member of the clinical team. Follow

infection prevention and control procedures consistently to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Deliver care
