About the Role

Interviews to be held on 16/12/2025 The overarching aim of public health services for children (5-19) is to protect and

promote the health and wellbeing of children and families. The school nursing service is a workforce of specialist

community public health nurses who provide expert advice, support and interventions to families with children and Young

People between 5-19 years and help empower young people to make decisions that affect their future health and wellbeing.

This service is led by school nurses and supported by a skill mix team. The service is central to delivering public
