About the Role
You will be a registered health professional with experience in the field of and working with people with a learning
disability. You will have experience in self-directed management of your work load. This is a band 6 role and you should
be able to be autonomous in your role to manage. Supervision and support is available to help you to manage this and we
have regular supervision and annual personal development meetings that can help you to develop these skills
further.Demonstrate sound, evidence-based health/clinical expertise to initiate direct and indirect care work of
learning disability service users health needs.Demonstrates experience of evidence-based practice with specific client
