About the Role
A Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in Health Visiting to provide strong clinical care and leadership within an
integrated skill mixed team as part of the 0-19 Universal Health Service in Blackburn with Darwen.
To lead on the delivery of the Health Child Programme 0-5 years and defined local requirements based on the provider
contract.
To provide family centred, evidence based public health service that aims to proactively improve health outcomes for a
defined caseload, population or community, reducing the risks and impact of health inequalities by working in
