About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant at Dee View Court, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to

residents with complex needs. You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily routines, ensuring every resident's

care plan is followed with empathy, dignity and professionalism. You will encourage independence, promote wellbeing, and

help create a calm and supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued and cared for.

* SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
