Healthcare Assistant
Band 3 - Various hours
As a Healthcare Assistant, the post holder is expected to assist the nursing team in achieving high standards of care
delivered on the unit. They must team lead the HCA team by delegating relevant tasks to ensure that expected standards
are reached.
• To undertake the role of assisting in the delivery of all aspects of care to ensure patient centred care is delivered
