About the Role

Please see attached Job Description for full duties To assist medical and nursing staff in the provision of skilled

nursing care for patients attending the Community Dermatology and Minor Surgery Care Service including decanting of

liquid nitrogen To undertake clinical tasks, such as phlebotomy, urinalysis, blood pressure recording, wound care,

suture removal, skin scrapings, nail clippings and swabs for microbiology To assist in minor surgery, adhering to

policies and procedures, such as infection control and aseptic technique To support and educate patients, and their

carers, in implementing individual programmes of planned care to encourage self-management of chronic skin conditions,
