Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to patients.
  • Communicate empathetically with patients and families.
  • Develop and evaluate care management plans.
  • Work independently and demonstrate emotional resilience.
  • Drive to various locations as needed.

Requirements

  • At least six months of recent care experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.
  • Compassionate and person-centred approach.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends.

Compensation
