Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to patients.
- Communicate empathetically with patients and families.
- Develop and evaluate care management plans.
- Work independently and demonstrate emotional resilience.
- Drive to various locations as needed.
Requirements
- At least six months of recent care experience.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.
- Compassionate and person-centred approach.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends.

Compensation
