Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in homes and communities.
• Support individuals in developing new skills and interests.
• Adapt care plans to meet diverse individual needs.
• Engage in proactive communication with families and care teams.
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and feeding.
• Manage household chores and budgeting support.
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication.

Requirements

• Preferred NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience with complex needs and autism is essential.
• Full UK driving license preferred.
• Business Car Insurance is advantageous.
