Job Title: Healthcare Assistant Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) Contract Type: Bank hours Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken may include any or all the items in the following list. Duties may be

varied from time to time under the direction of the Clinical Lead To contribute to the on-going assessment of a patient

by completing the appropriate documentation. To undertake, and report back on delegated clinical activities that have

previously been signed competent. e.g., observations to include ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, ECG recording and

interpretation, venepuncture. To enable patients/carers to make most effective use of resources within the service by
