About the Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Continence Service working within the Product Delivery Team.

The Product Delivery Service is a specialist team that assess and process referrals for continence products. The team

work closely with the home delivery contract product supplier and the Home Delivery Transport Team.

The Product Delivery team assess, authorise and process product requests that are received via referrals from the

Continence/Bladder & Bowel Service, Community

Nursing Teams, Residential & Nursing Homes and other professionals.
