Healthcare Assistant - Departure Lounge

About the Role

Supporting the departure lounge by collecting patients from the wards, bringing their belonging and medications so that

the Patient can be discharged to their discharge destination from the departure lounge 2. The post holder is responsible

for ensuring that patients are cared for in a safe environment and that privacy and dignity is maintained at all times.

3. The post holder will provide direct care and provide verbal and written reports. 4. To actively seek the views of

patients / carers on their understanding of their care needs and develop a relationship to ensure the patients

experience is positive. 5. Involved in clinical and non- clinical duties in the Departure lounge and responsible for
