ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Our Enhanced Breast Screening service provides safe, accurate and reassuring breast health assessments for patients who
do not have symptoms. The service prioritises early detection, personalised care, and timely results, offering swift
access to specialist teams where needed. This is a calm, supportive environment designed to put patients at ease while
maintaining the highest clinical and governance standards.
Working within the Women’s Health Centre, the service brings together Mammographers, Breast Radiologists and Breast
