About the Role

We are pleased to offer an exciting permanent opportunity for dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our Acute Frailty

Unit at the Broomfield site of Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, based on Gosfield Ward.

Our dynamic unit comprises a 12‑bedded inpatient assessment ward providing up to 72 hours of focused care for frail

patients who require timely intervention and close monitoring. Alongside this, we operate a Frailty Ambulatory area,

where we work proactively to prevent unnecessary admissions from the Emergency Department and support patients referred

directly from the community.
