About Us

Hospice Line is an innovative service run collaboratively by St Michael&s Hospice and St Wilfrid&s Hospice to provide

specialist palliative care advice and emotional support by telephone for people being cared for at home. The service

helps ensure people feel supported throughout the night, maintains continuity of care, and can help avoid unnecessary

hospital admissions.
