About the Role

Your role will includeworking closely with the service users. 1.1 supportive observations support the MDT by giving them

detailed information that will support the team to make a safe and accurate assessment. Follow the infection control,

safeguarding and trust policies. Attend all mandatory Training, You will be required to attend RESPECT training (

Physical restraint training) Carry out physical health observations, such as checking vital signs etc, and report back
