About the Role

We are looking for a committed and empathetic Healthcare Assistant to become part of our community team in West Kent /

Maidstone Area, delivering comprehensive, person-centred end-of-life care and support for individuals within their own

homes.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring and assisting with the maintenance of patients’ skin integrity and

personal hygiene, observing and supporting nutritional needs, attending to comfort requirements to facilitate rest and

sleep, providing mobility support, and maintaining a clean and orderly care environment.
