About the Role

children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams,
our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare
required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.
