About the Role

We are looking for an Integrated Care Worker to join our Ely and surrounding villages Community Nursing Team

We have an exciting opportunity to onboard a new member to our Nursing team, working with us, you will be fully

supported to gain new skills and experience needed to deliver high quality care to patients in their own home or

residential setting in and around the area.

We provide a service seven days a week, working closely with other community services and Primary Care Networks to

provide high standard holistic care to the population of Cambridgeshire.
