About the Role

The HCA within sexual health services will work in a busy integrated sexual health environment, within a

multidisciplinary team. The staffing structure is designed to support the delivery of core services at the service hubs

based atWheatbridge&, spokes in a variety of locations throughout North Derbyshire including High Peak.

You will be expected to work at various clinic locations, including in the High Peak and at the Hub in Wheatbridge - a

valid driving license and vehicle for work is essential for this role.
