About the Role
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant in Gynaecology Outpatients, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of
high-quality, patient-centred care. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and clinicians, you will assist
with clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience.
Your responsibilities include preparing clinic rooms, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use, and supporting
patients during consultations and minor procedures. You will take observations, record vital signs accurately, and
provide reassurance and information to patients, maintaining dignity and confidentiality at all times.
