About the Role
We are excited to be extending our team at the HBPOS Lancaster and are looking to appoint to B3 Health Care Support
Worker post for the HBPOS in the Access and Urgent Pathway, supporting patients in Health Based Place of safety.
To work as a member of the Health Based Place of Safety team providing a high standard of intervention in line with
service objectives over a 7 days week 24 hour rota supporting the urgent care pathway.
To assist the Heath Based Place of Safety practitioners to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
To work with Service users who are detained under a Section 136 or 135 of the MHA, who are in Crisis who have been
