An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join the fast growing, dynamic Community Team. This is

a new exciting role, following the development of the Intensive and Assertive Model of Care which seeks to ensure

collaborative work with individuals at high risk who need intensive support. You play a key role in delivering

recovery-focused mental health care.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has lived experience or professional experience in mental health support.
