About the Role
Apply now to join our Reablement team at Care Outlook and help support vulnerable adults in the community to regain
their independence following a stay in hospital.
As a Reablement Healthcare Assistant, you will travel from visit to visit across Oxfordshire (mainly Cherwell) to
support people in their own homes. This is a fast-paced role in which you will follow care plans, complete assessments,
and support clients in building confidence and independence.
SALARED ROLE £28,600.00 per year
