Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living activities.
• Respect residents' dignity and privacy.
• Contribute to individual care plans.
• Act as a key worker for assigned residents.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs.
• Use moving and handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate care records.

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent care qualification.
• 6 months experience in a care or support setting.
• Compassionate and dedicated to resident care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills.
