Role: Band 2 Healthcare Assistant Contract: Permanent part-time Working hours: 22:00pm 07:00am Salary: £24,464 per annum

mile radius to your home address) As a Healthcare Assistant in our Somerset Hospice Care at Home night service, you'll

provide compassionate, person centred care to people at the end of life in the comfort of their own homes. Working as

part of a small, supportive team aligned with the local Integrated Neighbourhood Team, you'll help ensure patients and

their families receive the right care at the right time. This is a lone working role during the night, giving you
