About the Role
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join St John's Residential Home within Mental Health
Services.
St John's Residential and Nursing Home is a 39 bedded home that accommodates Residential and Nursing residents.
The Home prides itself on delivery of high quality, holistic care that is individual to each resident, and all care
plans are written to try and take usual resident routines into consideration. All staff understand that when they come
to work, they are working in the residents' homes and that their rooms are their personal and private spaces. We
