Healthcare Assistant - Wakefield

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Hospice Care at Home Overnight Service in Wakefield and

surrounding areas. Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 2 £24,465 per annum + enhancements

Hours/Contract: Part Time 36 hours per week - various 9 hour night shifts (10 pm - 7 am) available. Contract Type:

Permanent Closing date: 2nd February 2026 Interview date: TBC As a Healthcare Assistant with the Marie Curie Hospice

Care at Home Overnight Service in the Wakefield, Ossett, Morley, Rothwell, Horbury and Crofton and surrounding areas,

you'll be supporting patients and families in their time of greatest need. We provide free specialist palliative care
