WE ARE RECRUITING EXPERIENCED HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS / MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKERS TO SUPPORT AN ADULT LIVING IN A

SUPPORTED LIVING SETTING IN SHREWSBURY / TELFORD.

THIS ROLE INVOLVES SUPPORTING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH COMPLEX MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS, HELPING THEM LIVE SAFELY AND INDEPENDENTLY

WITHIN THEIR HOME ENVIRONMENT.
