About the Role
Ensure patients attended the PHC in a safe and Therapeutic manner. Support registered nurses in undertaking and
maintaining general and specific patient observations and record all relevant information for audit and Rio notes to be
countersigned by a registered nurse. Facilitate basic health promotion/education for individuals and client groups
supported. Actively always promote a responsible caring attitude treating all patients with dignity and respect. Always
act in a manner that ensures no patient is the subject of any form of abuse. To report any incident of patient abuse of
which you become aware to an appropriate person. Always act in a manner as to promote and safeguard the interests and
